Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect your name, email address, garment type, quantity, print and garment details, delivery preference, and any artwork, needed-by date or postal code you provide. We also keep the request reference, submission time, and your policy acknowledgment, including its timestamp, wording, version and a copy of the order policy. If you correspond with us or place an order, we may receive additional contact, shipping, billing and order information you provide.

Our website and service providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information and operational logs, to deliver and protect the service. For internal SMS recipients, we process the recipient’s mobile number, consent records and messaging records, including opt-out requests.

How we use information

We use this information to prepare quotes, respond to inquiries, review artwork, manage and fulfill orders, maintain business records, prevent misuse and resolve support issues. Quote requests and uploaded artwork are stored for review by authorized Merchant Eyes personnel.

To help us respond promptly, quote submissions and order-related emails may generate internal notifications to the owner or authorized personnel. SMS alerts may include the customer’s name, email subject and a limited message preview. Sending us a quote request or an email does not subscribe you to SMS messages.

Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers for website hosting, data and artwork storage, email, workflow automation, payment processing and SMS delivery. These include Cloudflare, Google Workspace, Make, Twilio and Stripe, as used for the relevant service. Our website platform also uses OpenAI/ChatGPT Sites for hosting infrastructure and owner sign-in; customers do not need a ChatGPT account to request a quote. Information necessary to perform these services may be processed by those providers. We may also provide relevant order details to production or delivery providers when needed to fulfill an order, or disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.

We do not sell your personal information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except with providers that help deliver and operate the messaging service. SMS consent is not transferred for another party’s marketing use.

Payments

Stripe processes invoice payments and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive information needed to reconcile payments and manage orders. Our quote form does not collect card numbers; do not include payment card details in messages or artwork uploads.

Cookies and tracking choices

Our website application does not include advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral advertising, or visitor analytics scripts. Hosting, security and owner sign-in services may use necessary cookies or similar technologies and operational logs. We do not use these services to enable third-party collection of personal information over time and across unrelated websites for advertising through this site. External services, including Stripe when you visit a payment page, operate under their own policies.

Our application does not currently change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. It does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no such sale or sharing for a Global Privacy Control signal to opt out of. We will review and update these disclosures before adding tracking features.

Website automation

The website quote form stores and forwards information for business review; its application code does not send quote text or uploaded artwork to an AI model. Internal email and notification services process information as described above.

Internal SMS alerts

Merchant Eyes Order Alerts is an internal operational program for the owner and authorized personnel who expressly opt in. It covers website quote requests and order-related email notifications. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to handle inquiries and orders, maintain required records, honor messaging preferences and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the record and applicable requirements. We use reasonable safeguards and restrict access to business information, but no online storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records needed for legal obligations, ongoing orders or security. You may choose not to provide optional information, although some details are necessary to prepare a quote or fulfill an order.

Our services are intended for adults and business customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
