Website use and quote requests

Provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful inquiries and orders. Do not submit malicious files, interfere with the website or attempt to access another person’s information.

Submitting a quote request does not place an order or guarantee pricing, stock or a production date. We will confirm pricing, availability and order details with you. Full payment is required before production.

Order details and artwork

Product specifications, quantities, artwork approval, timing, delivery charges and applicable taxes are addressed in your written quote or order confirmation. Any minimum quantities or exceptions must be confirmed for your particular order. Ask us about changes, cancellations or order issues at support@merchanteyesmerch.com; any additional order-specific terms will be provided before you commit to an order. Nothing on this page limits rights available under applicable law.

You must have permission to use any artwork, logos or other materials you submit. You retain your rights in those materials and authorize us to review and use them as needed to prepare your quote and fulfill your approved order. Submitting artwork does not itself authorize us to use it in advertising.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Our Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy is part of these terms. Custom goods made correctly to your approved order are final sale for change-of-mind returns. The policy explains cancellation before production, documented costs already incurred, remedies for defective or incorrect products, and shipping delays. Statutory rights remain protected.

Merchant Eyes Order Alerts — SMS terms

Program purpose. Merchant Eyes Order Alerts sends automated, internal operational text messages to the Merchant Eyes owner and authorized personnel who expressly opt in. Alerts concern new website quote requests and order-related emails and may include a customer name, subject and limited message preview. This program is not a customer marketing subscription.

Consent and enrollment. Before receiving alerts, each authorized recipient must give express consent to Merchant Eyes for this specific program and mobile number after reviewing these terms and the Privacy Policy. Merchant Eyes records that consent before enabling alerts. Providing a number, submitting a customer quote request, emailing us or merely reading these terms does not constitute SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies based on incoming quote requests and order-related email activity. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.

Opt out. Reply STOP to the sending number to stop messages. A final confirmation may be sent, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also request removal by emailing support@merchanteyesmerch.com. To resume alerts, contact us to renew your consent.

Help. Reply HELP for help or contact support@merchanteyesmerch.com.

Delivery. SMS delivery depends on mobile networks and service availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Internal recipients should continue to check the order inbox rather than rely solely on SMS alerts.

Privacy. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared for third-party marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for how information is processed to operate the program. Notify us if your enrolled mobile number changes or is no longer under your control.

Updates and contact
